The Unite180 church is a leader-full organisation dedicated to taking care of God’s people. This commitment is revealed through the church’s leadership structure, which strives to ensure that every church member is cared for, feels supported and has a sense of belonging. From the first contact with the Unite180 church, a person becomes connected to a Unite180 leader ready to build a relationship and point them to Jesus.
Grobler Family
David Grobler is the founder and lead pastor of Unite180 church based in Pretoria South Africa. Currently furthering on his theological studies with an honors degree in theology, he also completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stellenbosch in 2015. The Unite180 church, with a membership base of 2500 has under the vision and leadership of pastor Grobler planted five campus locations across South Africa in seven years, outgrowing the venues and requiring multiple services. Pastor Grobler, with a clear drive towards equipping this generation for ministry and service, recently established his second Bible school called the Unite180 uSchool of ministry.
Pastor Chanelle Grobler co-founded Unite180 with her husband Pastor David. Pastor Chanelle oversees the Unite180 uSchool of ministry and co-ordinates the uGroup network. She and Pastor David, together with their four children, Reco, Kayra Kylee and Kenzi live in Pretoria South Africa.
Unite City
The main location of the Unit180 ministry is called Unite city and is located on the corner of Sefako Makghato Drive and Baviaanspoort Road in Pretoria. It stands as a beacon of transformation and hope to the local community. It was a lengthy process to procure and register the land that the property is built on, starting in 2018. When the whole world started a lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we started to break ground on the new property. The majority of the construction and project management was spearheaded by our pastoral team. The total costs of the building process were over R100 million and stands as a testament of God’s faithfulness and provision. Despite all the challenges of that year, our seasoned leadership team persevered in the dream God gave them up until the official opening in April 2023.

Uniters believe in and confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. They are part of the Unite180 Christian Church led by Pastors David and Chanelle Grobler. Uniters want to see the kingdom of God manifest in people’s lives. Uniters seek out the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit. They believe a display of Spirit and power brings about change in people’s lives. They are leaders who question the way of the world and aspire to be and do better.
