Little by little

God allows us to go through circumstances that teach us little by little what God wants us to handle in the future. Although we feel stuck, we should trust in God that the promises He has for us will come to pass.

Sometimes we miss God speaking to us in difficult circumstances because we have a preconceived answer, we want God to give us. God has a solution in motion that is far greater and bigger than our own understanding, and even though we do not always understand, we should remind ourselves of God’s promises. 

God is consistently and continuously working all things together for our good. The Israelites were stuck in the wilderness for 40 years before entering the promised land. Often, we feel stuck by our surroundings and environments, but we do not realize that our minds are still in a slave mentality. When we believe we cannot receive what God already promised us, we will never walk in the fulness of the promises of God.

Little by little, God is moving us forward closer to our promised land. In the stagnant seasons of life, God stretches us to prepare us for what is to come.
