The Kingdom of God has leadership in place to protect us, and the key to our growth and success in life is when we are in order with leadership. God speaks through leadership, and therefore, as Christians, we need to submit to our leaders, who will help and guide us through our times of need. 

The Bible instructs us to esteem leadership highly, for if we disrespect and dishonour those God placed in leadership, we rob ourselves of their input in our lives. When we apply the basic principles of Christianity, such as submitting to leadership, calling out idleness and laziness, help those who are discouraged, help those who are weak, and not taking vengeance, and always have a posture of rejoicing, we will succeed in life. 

It is impossible to stand in the presence of God and not have a rejoicing posture. God’s presence causes all believers to look to the world from a different perspective, and we must decide to rejoice no matter the circumstances of the world.
